At Rameti Jewels, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order and payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Time
We deliver across all of India within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Metro cities may receive faster delivery.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your pin code. Some areas may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders — FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — FREE Shipping.
Shipping charges, once levied, are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available for most pin codes across India. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
Delivery Address
All orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure you provide a complete street address with correct PIN code.
- Rameti Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
- If a reshipment is required due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.
- If a package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Rameti Jewels will not be responsible and no refund will be initiated.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with your tracking details. You can also contact our team on WhatsApp for live order updates.
Premium Packaging
Every Rameti Jewels product is packed in our premium gift box — perfect for gifting and safe storage. We take extra care to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
Possible Delays
In rare cases such as natural calamities, courier strikes, or high-volume sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We will keep you informed if any such situation arises.
Rameti Jewels shall not be liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authority.
International Shipping
For international shipping, please contact us at rametijewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp. Shipping charges and delivery time will vary as per country.

Dispatch times mentioned are indicative and approximate. In situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, return, or exchange will be entertained solely on the basis of a shipping delay. Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
